Red cabbage
Winter season apple
Soft boiled ovum
Cooked white beans
Sprouts or tiny greens


Prepare the quinoa: Spot 2 cups Per 500 ml h2o, rinsed quinoa as well as a pinch of salt in a medium-size saucepan.
