• 2 cups part skim or take advantage of ricotta cheese

• 1 1/2 cups put together whole nuts
• 2 tbsp sunflower seeds or pepitas (pumpkin seed products)
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds or even flax seeds
• 3 tablespoons genuine maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
1 : To make the ricotta cream: Put the ricotta cheese, pure maple syrup (make sure there is no extra sugar in your syrup) as well as vanilla in a food processor or blender.
