Classic Bacon Burger Recipe
Ever since we all posted the blog about the upcoming UK Cheese burger Battle in Leicester each of our stomachs have been rumbling along stone island fake with taste buds tingling. Bacon Burger Recipe

Ingredients

For the burger patties
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, squashed
• 1kg beef mince
• large handful clean parsley, finely chopped
• ½ mug fresh breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, outdone
• 1-2 teaspoons salt (for you to taste)
• black pepper, to be able to taste
For the cheeseburgers
• sliced cheese
• bacon, cooked on your preference
• fresh lettuce
• ripe tomatoes, cut up
• mayonnaise
• butter-toasted bread rolls

Recommendations

1. Fry the onion in a large frying pan in a splash of organic olive oil until golden brownish. Add the garlic along with fry for another Thirty seconds then remove from the heat and allow to chill to room temperature.
