Classic Bacon Burger Recipe
Ever since we all posted the blog about the upcoming UK Cheese burger Battle in Leicester each of our stomachs have been rumbling along stone island fake with taste buds tingling. So much that today we all couldn’t take it anymore along with we’ve had to dig out your favourite recipe of our bait. No fancy names or even gimmicks are needed, however maximum taste and delight are guaranteed together with the Classic Bacon Burger Recipe.
Now it may not be as extravagant since the Beefer Bun or Kickflip Burger (start to see the original blog post the following), but we consider this could give the run in the taste stakes.
The only real suggestions that needs to be made isn’t to scrimp on the quality of the beef mince and bacon. The better quality the meat the more fulfilling the burger – it’s certainly not rocket science.
Bacon Burger Recipe
Prep period: 20 mins Per Cook time: Something like 20 mins / Full time: 40 mins
For the burger patties
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, squashed
• 1kg beef mince
• large handful clean parsley, finely chopped
• ½ mug fresh breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, outdone
• 1-2 teaspoons salt (for you to taste)
• black pepper, to be able to taste
For the cheeseburgers
• sliced cheese
• bacon, cooked on your preference
• fresh lettuce
• ripe tomatoes, cut up
• butter-toasted bread rolls
1. Fry the onion in a large frying pan in a splash of organic olive oil until golden brownish. Add the garlic along with fry for another Thirty seconds then remove from the heat and allow to chill to room temperature.
