Frugi’s fun suggestions to entertain the kids this Easter
We know that, at some point over the Easter break all parents will stone island ice bag pick up the dreaded words, “I’m bored!”
A few weeks in the past we called to our Frugi Facebook fans for some help with ways to avoid this, and keep your children entertained over the Easter time break, and we received a great response!
We’ve collected some of the best suggestions all around to help you through these trying times, and here are the favourites:

Hunt for Henny — our own contribution for the Easter fun, simply just print & cut out Henny using our template accessible here, hide her indoors or outdoors (weather dependent) and send the little ones out to get her, maybe even enhance the deal with some goodies as rewards!

Goose Racing –  Using plastic ducks, gather some friends together just for this yellow squeaky version of pooh sticks! Race the ducks down any stream for cash incentives, but don’t forget to look at them home soon after as bath time wouldn’t function as the same without them (in addition it’s not very good for the environment to leave plastic boating)! Idea from Nicky Townend who is attending a  duck race in Devoran, Cornwall.

Easter Egg cell Nest Cakes – we all loved this idea from Karen English, Erica Bourn, Fiona Barclay even though hopefully we will have an overabundance luck than Helen Diack who managed to burn up the chocolate!! Many times our Frugi ‘How to make Scrummy Tasty Easter Egg Nests!’ guidelines useful for this.

Nationwide Trust Easter Egg Trail – this was a company favourite with most person. It’s a great way to get your children out in the fresh oxygen with a tasty prize at the end (yum). The website at www.eastereggtrail.internet has downloadable Easter time Egg Trails that will help you at home no matter what weather!

Decorating Hard Boiled Happy easter ! –  a fab seasonal suggestion from Rachel Mills, Betty English , Miriam Maugis, Marie Jackson and particularly Tracey Bailey who and then takes her decorated eggs for a move down some dunes for a really great time!

Egg Mind – Create a new good friend this Easter! It doesn’t matter how you like your boiled ova in the morning remember to preserve the egg backside to create your new Easter friend complete with cress curly hair! Good luck with yours Amy Shawcross, Find  Frugi’s  ‘How to generate a new friend this specific Easter!’ instructions below.

Egg Box Daffodils –  This very crafty concept from Marie Garcia can transform simple ovum boxes into beautiful cards or even bunting. Many of us found a lovely blog for bunting here:

No matter what you do as well as create for the Easter time break don’t forget to deliver us photos of the Easter fun!
